- You have a 14-day window to request a refund or exchange upon receipt of your order.
- The items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all tags intact and accompanied by the delivery note enclosed in your parcel.
- A deduction for the return postage cost based on your location will be applied to your refund if you decide to return an item.
- IMPORTANT! Elleme only accepts returns shipped via DHL Express Delivery with the return labels provided by our customer service team.
- Our customer service specialists will assist you with any exchanges, and the price difference will be handled accordingly.
